Maybe it's the fact it seems like I'm always using the wrong tool for the job, but for some reason I'm really drawn to these cast iron bottle openers. Made in Takaoka Japan, a town that has been known for it's iron and copper work since the 17th century, each tool has a black urushi lacquer to prevent rust. Playful, functional, and at $23 affordable too.
