That's right, Utah residents rejoice, it looks like the long rumored arrival of Ikea is finally confirmed. Ikea is set to open in spring of 2007 according to KUTV. That means that I won't have to take any more long road trips to get my fix of affordable modern goodies. I have to admit I am a little surprised that they really are coming to Utah. I would have thought that Denver would have been a lot higher up on the list. Maybe that means that they are finally starting to stray from their primarily coastal locations, and tap into the wallets of us unfortunate landlocked folk.
