Hopefully all of our readers have been following the 100K house build in Philadelphia. The are just finishing up the home 1,150 square foot LEED platinum home which through a lot of determination and hard work they were able to build for under $100,000 in hard construction costs. While they are still finishing up some of the final touches they had photographer Sam Oberter snap some shots of the home for an up coming article.
