		<description>Doug - You are right, these toys are not for children under three.  It says that right on the product page.  Along with that, I highly doubt that the intent was to deceive people into buying them for their babies.  The only danger is the parent who doesn&#039;t read the description.  Besides, I would probably classify these more as art toys with a greater appeal to adult collectors.</description>
