For all those iPod/iPhone lovers out there, there is a new radio alarm clock out that is as good looking as your coveted music player. The Vers 1.5R is the little brother of the Vers 2X stereo that was released a while ago. Just because it is the little guy in the family line doesn’t mean that it has any less features however. The 1.5R adds a alarm clock and radio to the previous design and is still available in a range os sustainably styled wood casings. Wow, I really love this radio alarm clock! I love the wood and that dial. The only thing I don’t like is the iPod sticking out of the top of it. I don’t think any of the music players that have the iPod stick out of the top look good (with the iPod in place), they look a little cheap. They’re much more elegant without anything protruding.
I agree Markus. The other thing is the last Vers 2x had beautiful woodwork and then a cheesy plastic part where the ipod docked. It looks like the knob on this one might be the same plastic. If it is, thats a huge strike out for me. At $200 I expect a nice heavy smooth spinning knob.
