CB2 Go Cart Desk

I’m always on the look out for a new desk since the one I made when I first got married almost 5 years ago is starting to show it’s age. I think the first thing that really caught my eye when I saw CB2’s Go Cart Desk is that nice powdercoated mandarin paint job. I’m such a sucker for orange. I also really like how simple and mobile it is, which would be a big change from my current desk which is very bulky and impossible to move. Priced at $149 its a pretty good deal too.
Available from CB2 for $149.

I’ve been doing some mad research for desks lately for a desk that would fit a corner by a door 50′ wide in my bedroom. Since my desk would fit at an angle and could potentially block my doorway, the desk can’t be more than 46′ and most desks are made at 47′ wide, so it’s been a challenge. However, I did come across this desk you are mentioning, and a few others I thought I could share for people who are looking for modern desks at an affordable price:

    Eurway…has fantastic prices: http://www.eurway.com/desks.lasso?categorykey=91&subcategorykey=19&itemname=&page=1&-session=eo_user:CE5189020a2ec1D8D1yPM2C2D780

West Elm…A little pricier than what I would like but still affordable: http://www.westelm.com/online/store/CategoryDisplay?storeId=17001&langId=-1&catalogId=17002&viewSetCode=E&identifier=WE-SH1FRNSKS&retainNav=true&pageNumber=0

Cb2…I’m a fan of their Trig desk also: http://www.cb2.com/family.aspx?c=302&f=1079&viewall=1

2bmod…wider range of selection for size and prices: http://www.2bmod.com/2bmod-desks.htm

BTW GREAT contents on your page. It helps me out as I live in SLC too.. thanks!
