Mid-Century Modern in Colorado

While I am sure there are lots of great mid-century homes for sale in Colorado, this one is close to my heart. That’s because it belongs to my Grandparents. I spent many enjoyable summers in this home learning to appreciate the classic contemporary design. The home was designed by an architect friend of there’s and is a classic. They are actually trying to sell it now, as it is too big for their needs. The thing that kills me is they have been having a hard time selling it, and they are only asking $199,000 for it! Man where were deals like that in Utah when I was looking to buy a home. Check out the virtual tour, and see what great design I had to grow up with.
