To incorporate large flowing white fabric at the front for the ceremony...
Ikea has a large wooden easel for $7 that could be draped with large white sheets for a very chic very affordable look. You could even display some black and white pics or balance a vase full of zinnia envy for a splash of color, surrounded in the flowing white fabric that would look perfect.

I absolutely love the lime idea! For centerpieces - a modern clear glass container of water with limes in it would be perfect!! You could do a mostly white table setting with charger plates in chocolate and green - or the napkins could be those colors if you can't find affordable charger plates in those colors.

You could also look into adding those colors to your wedding gowns as well. Colored Sashes are a big hit right now, and you could have it done in the green or the brown. Then have the bridemaids in the same color, or the other color. You could even do the bridemaids in one color with a contrasting sash on their gowns. Custom dresses don;t have to be expensive either. At Chrys CRoss Bridal we have lots of gowns that we can customize, usually for free! (http://chryscrossbridal.com)

Another idea: instead of using the regular poofy tulle and ivys for around tables and things, see if you can find a white mesh type fabric, well more of a loose knit then a mesh, and use that instead. It kind of looks a bit like fishing nets, only more elegant and much less fruffy then tulle.
